Recently bought an A5 soft top and have tried various re proofers, Auto Glym, Maguiars and fabsil they all seem to work for a week or so then water stops beading. Any suggestions for a longer beading appearance.

I have used Soft Top Car Care Re-Proofer Restores Convertible Tops Renovo Soft Top Ultra Proffer stuff for the last few years on my MX-5.

Works a treat. But like the others the beading will eventually fade after a few weeks. But this has never been a problem for waterproofness. Never had a soft-top (or boat canopy) leak

Thanks for that will give it a try, recently used GTechniq nano smart fabric very impressed but when the weather gets a bit drier and hopefully a bit warmer will give it a try. Thanks again!

That looks ideal for an A5 soft top
