    Hi guys,

Bit of an odd one to bring up and hope I'm in the right place/section.

Last night after driving out to a country pub I returned to the car after a cold beverage to find my lights flashing as if the alarm should be going off? I left them flashing to see ig it stopped but no just kept flashing on forever.

Had a search on the interweb and can't find anything this could be?

I have tested the alarm and this is fine.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

The siren will only sound for about 5 mins to comply with noise abatement regulations. However the lights will continue to flash to inform you the alarm was triggered.

Aghhhh that makes sense. Cool thanks mate. Will after thoroughly check the car now make sure I wasn't bumped or something. How sensitive is the alarm could a lorry set it off say going past ricketing along.

    Thanks

some alarms are very sensitive and traffic vibration is a possiblity but also some opportunist scroat might have tried the car door to see if had been left unlocked .

So just been and checked seems I have a load of little scratches perhaps 2-3 cm in a row across the front passenger side window in a downwards direction as if someone's tried to force the window with something.
