So i have had a small flood into the CCM. I think its washer fluid rather than rain water. Anyway, im gonna replace it as one of the connectors has badly corroded. My question is this. My part number is 4B0 962258 K. Could i replace it with part number 4B0 962 258 X or 4B0 962 258 H. Or do i have to replace it with an exactly the same number part?

    Thanks

ETKA says "H" was replaced by "K" on 01012003. Looks like either will do and "K" is still current. A quick call to you Audi dealer will confirm.

Thanks for the info. Had a llok at the CCM myself. Managed to get the big black plug out with a bit of WD40. Board looked ok. cleaned terminal pins, Got a new connector block ffrom TPS and a set of connectors. Spliced the cables onto the new connectors, installed them in the new connector block. I now have functioning windows, hazard lights and interior lights. thanks for the help.

Oh and on a side note. It wasnt water ingress. the rear washer water pipe had popped apart and was spraying washer fluid under the floor!!! Reconnected and taped up so shouldnt be a problem anymore.
