Mot - success

Passed mot with flying colours today, no advisories. The only work done in prep was a new offside track rod end as the boot had snapped.
Surprised by the emissions too, as I have fitted a sports decat... last year it gave 2.3 on the original cat [not sure what scale ] this year with a decat it read 1.3 .. result!
The old cat was quite clogged, but still i would have expected worse emissions on the decat, especially because the car is now chipped as well.

Lets hope the old beast will make it to the next mot

Photo heavy cat replacment... the new one breathed a little free'er so all the soot build up in the back box started to come out... so funny driving down the road with a thick soot cloud! But a little embarrassing as it took an hour of hard driving to stop smoking
