What is the perfect ignition supply for an aftermarket stereo?

The Concert radio/cassette in my 2003 A6 Avant died the other day so I've decided to fit an Alpine stereo. I've done shedloads of research and bought cables, adapters etc so all I hope will be good.

What I do want to do though is to be able to power off the stereo when I remove the ignition key so I need to find a suitable source to tap into but if possible I want it to stay on when the engine/ignition is off. I've read on this forum that some Audis have a circuit in the fusebox called S-Kont or something similar which seems to run on an accessories level to the ignition. I can't find S-Kont or anything like this in my fusebox so does my car not have this or is it hidden under another name?
