I've checked the Ross Tech website, they claim there are four official distributors of VCDS cables in the UK and I've decided I'm going to purchase a cable as it's a pain to keep borrowing one, but out of all the owners of an official ross tech cable, which supplier has the best reputation for aftercare and service/support? There really is nothing in the price;

Marshall's Industrial - £264 inc VAT & Delivery, but it was a nightmare to find on their website, I don't think you can order online, so I'm thinking this is the least likely supplier. Seems very commercially focused?
