    changed from 18 to 19". initially put alloys on car without issue. since having them refurbed and part worns put on, they now make a strange noise when on full lock travelling at slight speed. ( nothing when going slow) have checked and cannot see what wheel could be hitting. could it be tyres??????
    1.8T, votex bodykit, 18" RS4's, tinted windows.
    scouser, but car was bought and paid for.

    This is the reason I never fit part worns, you don't know the history of the tyre...are there any obvious faults with them? Flat spots or bulges? Are any of them directional tyres?

    nothing obvious i can see. to be honest not to keen on these 19" rims have already started looking round for 18s again. to noisey and find all the grooves in road.
