    Hey all,
    Couldn't find this information/diagram myself before my adapter kit arrived so decided to upload it for anyone else who might want to see what those two extra wires are and to what they wire into.

    This is the loom/adapters;

    This is the wiring diagram for those two wires per headlight;

    Regards,
    Kerb

    i take it you are going to attempt the retrofit? Remember to code the module for Xenon otherwise it wont activate the bi Xenon bit which flicks the shield over the bulb from low to high beam. Thats what those extra wires are for, to enable the shield to move when you pull the full beam lever.

    Let us know how you get on with the retrofit

    Good info , Are you retro fitting ones with LED DRL's??? I got factory fit Xenons+washers+levellers nearly got £ for chain rattle fix, so if she behaves will change parking aid module to get graphics and possibly do RS6 headlights, think those are easier to install than the face lift ones but prefer those to RS6 with brow..

    So can anybody tell me if I can retrofit the headlights with the LED drl,s to my car? It is an 09 on a 59 plate, but has normal headlights, not xenon.
    Cheers,
    Ivor.

    Yep you can retrofit but you'll need self levellers for the suspension and washer jets in the front bumper.

    The module shown in post 1 is the J519, located behind lower dash trim drivers side.

    And it has to be at least revision K to support DRL LED's. MOst cars after 08 should be at least version K.

    If anyone has standard BI-Xenons for sale, let me know, I will gladly take them off your hands.

    So i'm guessing then that the LED drl,s only come with the xenon headlights and not the halogen?
