    Hi All,

My car suddenly struggled to get over 40mph as I was driving home today . Parked up for 20 mins and then took it for a spin and it was fine again. No excessive black smoke etc or anything but I've read it could be a EGR valve.

Can anyone post up a pic of where it is located and also how hard is it to remove and clean?

I'm not an expert but have done few bits and bobs on car such as service, auxilary belt change etc and head gasket on my old car. Haven't had to do too much on this one except for the flickering headlight issue.

    Thanks in advance!

I've heard it can be very easy but when I got mine done, I had no clue and paid a hefty price to have a specialist remove my old one and put in a new one.
