Are you sure you're trying to open the right one?

It has a grey cap and a black bottle just behind the passenger side headlight and has a big indent for a star headed screwdriver.

I've always used a 50p or coin which fits in plastic type lids/caps like that.... as they have the width and never eat the plastic away...

    Hey Chris

Do you think Audi would be insulted if I complained about the 19" BBM wheels they put on when new... seems the lacker is coming off the wheels or is this something they would just ignore

Depends on the year of the car, they've probably been given a refurb which has been done badly.

They're BBS wheels btw and more than likely they would tell you to go home
