Hi ive just changed the ccu in my 03 passat with a good secondhand unit and need help with coding it to my car.I have vag-com and ross-tech cable but just a newbie with it.Since fiting the new ccu the auto wipers have stopped working and the intermittant wipe only wipes once then stops..........i guess these two probs are connected.........any help woukd be much appreciated.

if you go in to the controller and then in to coding you should see a group of numbers when you hover the mouse over it a box will appear giving you details of the numbers to put in, can i ask what was wrong with your old CCM? you could scan it and write down the coding and then just put that number in, a lot easier TBH

Hi thanks for that info.....the old ccu had the usual water damage which meant the interior lights didnt work and e/w were intermittant.
I still have the old unit so will pop it back in and scan it to get the code.Im new to vag-com so really just feeling my way with it.
Will post how i get on with it. Ian
