    Hi.

bit of a basic question, but is it possible to adjust the idle speed of my engine with VCDS?

I have a 2004 130 4Motion Passat on which the idle seems high, in fact it is certainly higher than my previous 2WD 130. Only by around 200 rpm, but is enough to notice the difference, and in fact the previous one was more pleasant at idle with the lower rpm.

Anything between 800 and 925 is considered normal, if its much higher, its usually an
indication that an engine sensor is supplying false information to the ECU, start with
    the coolant temp sensor.
