No advanced measuring values!!

Hello all and good day.
Has anyone ever come across not being able to used 'advanced measuring values' under engine controller?
I mean I was unable to select the button because it was not high lighted. This is the first time ive ever seen this.

Oh yes and it was on a audi tt 1.8t 2006

Yes, not all ECMs support it; and VCDS is clever enough to know this so will grey-out the button.

Older modules may not support Advanced Measuring Values. When that occurs, one must use [Measuring Blocks - 08] instead. This means you need to know the Group number and the block number of the value you want to see.

Ok, thanks for the replies.
But I used to be able to use it in my old a4 1.9tdi 2003 pd and a 1.4 03 golf. Now I've got an s4 2005 and can't use advanced measuring blocks on it either.

Why haven't you updated to 11.11? The data files for the tool certainly have been updated many times since version 908. There is a good possibility that what you desire would be found in those updates. Since they are free from Ross-Tech why wouldn't you want the latest and most recent?
