Help! Audi A4 lost keys

I have an audi a4 2.5 v6 2003 and have lost both sets of my keys , i have had an autolocksmith out who cut me a key to get in the car but he couldnt get past the immobiliser. Apparently he could get the pin code needed but couldnt talk to the car to bypass the immobiliser.. so all that happens is i unlock the car and the alarm goes off.

I know nothing about cars other than how to drive them so if replies could be as basic as possible that would be much appreciated.

Just any sort of advice on what to do as i have a car sat there useless at present.

Just contact a dealer with the cars details and they will help .I am sure that you are not the first

Dealer can supply new keys
He can code the new keys to the immobiliser and remove you lost keys so the no longer start the car.
They will still open the car from the doorlock unless you change the locks.

A bloke I know comes out and does it there and then. He is really good. Think he only operates in the northwest tho.
