    Can any one help im trying to bleed the water system on my audi 2.4 v6 petrol convertible i cant get the heaters to blow warm after i have changed the cambelt and new thermostat.any ideas thanks

    Not sure if its the same as the 1.8T but the 2 pipes going to the heater matrix (Under plastic covers by battery) the left hand one needs to be pulled back enough to reveal the blow hole, when water starts coming out then the system is bled. If it doesn't work then it Could be a water pump problem not pushing the water to the matrix

    what do you mean blow hole ,like a bleed screw and the i have replaced the water pump with a new one

    imagine the tube with the pipe over it, when you pull the hose back (like a sausage skin ) there is a little hole drilled in the metal pipe (I just call it a Blow hole as it reminded me of a whale, i'm strange, i know!! ) when that is revealed it allows air to escape. it does on the 1.8T anyway.

    ok bled the system know let the car run to temperture and still colf air from the heater blowers but both hoses to the matix rerally warm but expansion tank water is cold any ideas
