2.0 spark plug change

2.0 AZJ engine in a 2001 Beetle.

I wanted to change the plugs today, changed 1 and 4 without to much problem but 2 and 3 are below the inlet manifold so you cant really see then, let alone get to them.

The manifold thats above them splits in the middle so I guess you have to remove one half but which side.

So can anyone tell me how much I need to remove and if I need any new gaskets, or better still, point me at a how to guide cos I aint found one yet.

Hi I looked everywhere for a guide or some help for doing this. In the end I found somewhere that there were two ways of doing it. 1 was to have an array of bendy tools, the other was to take off the whole manifold. Unfortunately I don't have an array of bendy tools, so I had to opt for the latter. I took photos at most steps and I was going to try to produce a 'how to' guide myself to post. It is a complete **** to get everything off, especially as I had no idea where everything was bolted on, but it surprisingly went back on a lot easier.
I have a Golf but I should imagine it's the same process.

I need help, I have a 2005 VW BORA 2.0L automatic, chassis No. 3VWRV49M85M151949, buy it second hand and currently has 28,000 miles.
When removing spark plug has observed that the original VW part number 101905609 (NGK BKUR5ETC-10), has 3 electrodes. I am looking online and I see that this is going to spark a lot of VW models. almost all smaller displacement, but not the BORA. However in my car, it's been 2 years that I have, doing excellent. According to the catalog of NGK you should go the NGK BKUR6ET-10 and the mention ETKA (VW 101000033AA) which is equivalent.
The reason is that changing spark plugs at idle sometimes (1 in 10 times) shakes and I think it's up change.
I ask:
A. - What kind of plug do I put? the BKUR5ETC NGK NGK-10 or BKUR6ET-10, knowing that BKUR5ETC-10 works to the hair, but the catalog is indicated for the 2005 2.0L VW BORA.
2. - If I'm using NGK BKUR5ETC-10 I damaged the engine or any other part of the vehicle? Am I at risk using the NGK BKUR5ETC-10?

3. - The spark plug (NGK BKUR5ETC-10) has thermal grade 5 and the other 6, the higher the number is colder,
Is this difference important? Characteristically and other dimensions are equal.

This is a Mexican built type 9M Bora 1 for the Venezuelan market and a car we do not see as we had the Jetta 5 instead. Is your engine code BBW, BER, BEV, BFF?

Could be BKUR6ET-10 or BKUR5ETC-10 (actually in use)? or whatever?
