can any one shed light on the problem that i am having obtating a part for the audi a3 1.8t.

basically on the master clutch cylinder there was a plastic L shapped connector that connects to metal union pipe. the L shaped part was leaking so i went to gsf and bought a new master cylinder but it doesn't come with the L shaped connector. also its not listed on the parts diargrame below. according to the diagram the metal union goes in to the master cylinder with out the L shaped connector. however, the metal union needs to be bent to get it in to the master cylinder. bending this will probably damage the pipe.

can some one have a look on there car and see if they have a L shapped connector.

    thanks in advance

its similar to 23a but its an L shapped connector connected to my master cylinder.then it connects to the metal hose connector.

either the diagram is wrong or some one has fitted a different hose connector in the past with the L piece.

just so annoying as this L connector doesnt exist
