    Hello ~ newbie joining.
    Wow - what a wealth of experience and "stuff" to read through . . . . fantastic.
    Just bought a Passat Bluemotion 2.0 diesel 110 59 plate estate to replace my 2000 1.9
    TDi but will be keeping "old faithfull" until it dies in harness.
    Have had a long VW history, mainly air cooled T1 & T2, last 12 years with the Passat.
    Hope the newer one behaves as well as the old one, and that I can contribute a few hints.
    Got loads of questions about the "new" car, but will do a lot of browsing first.
    [ but that flippin' EPB . . . . !]
