The dealers tend to be very competitive price wise for consumable parts (never had to get anything else!)

Sri to be late with a reply to your question James, but funnily enough, the main dealer is the cheapest deal. I purchased the rear wiper for the princely sum of £7.28 [I think]. I know it was only just over £7. I was so surprised I purchased two blades, one to fit and one for a spare.

Why is it that everyone assumes the price from the dealer is going to be the highest? I see genuine parts on fleaBay selling for 20%+ dealer retail PLUS P&P and people buy these parts thinking they have got a deal, well yes the seller has but you have been butt ******!

Many thanks for this thread. I'd also assumed that the dealer would be prohibitively expensive - but it seems not. Luckily my chosen internet supplier was out-of-stock so I've been able to cancel.

Hi, after I also had difficulty trying to replace my rear blade, I managed to get one from Auto Bulbs Direct. It is a Bosch, model number A282H and it cost me just over £10 including postage. Hope this helps.

I found a car parts shop that simply sold the blades and not the metal frame. Replaced my rear wiper for about 30 pence and it has been fine. So if the actual frame is okay this is an alternative.
