    Default Scuttle panel – 07-02-2012,09:51 AM
    Hi all this is my first post on here so hello to all,My question is I have just bought a Audi 1.9 tdi avant 04 plate sport.
    The panel that covers the scuttle ie brake res,battery etc.. is missing,what i need to know is is the B5 panel the same size ?

    Hi there,

    AFAIK it is a different sized piece of plastic, at least by a quick look as I have a B5 and a B6 at the moment.
    My B6 also didn't have this scuttle cover, as I think the later B6 models didn't have it fitted, where as the earlier ones did. I have just fitted it to my 05 plated Avant TDI Sport.

    Not all A4's came with the plenum chamber & battery covers. Mine didn't, just had a cover over the pollen filter, but I bought them both last week from TPS £22ish.
    B6 A4 Avant 1.9 TDI 130 Sport (6) Moro Blue, GMBH S Line Kit, Decatted, remapped to 165bhp, EGR delete, Goodyear Eagle F1 Asy's, Full Leather, Cruise Control, Bose, Audi phone prep, Cool Glove Box, Parking Sensors, Rear privacy glass.
    Seat Ibiza 1.2 TSI FR 3 door Lima Green.
