    Default Where is the Nokia car kit wired into ? – 28-01-2012,03:20 PM
    Am looking at removing the cradle part of the kit and wondered where it was wired up to ?

    You'd need to ask whoever installed it to be certain.

    Some wires will go to the rear of stereo, others might go to the fusebox, or wherever the installer decided to obtain the power feed. Following the wires and seeing where they go is the thing to do.

    All sorted now, after removing half the dash I travel the wires and now the car looks loads better with out the phone cradle

    does the cradle leave a mark when u remove it mt?

    No.marks at all as mine was bolted to the radio mounts so all fixing points were hidden , just gave the area behind the holder a clean and coat of dash shine and looks as good as new
