I have a 130 sport and regularly have to change the CV boots after approx 20k miles. Had same problem with my previous 110 tdi. On full lock with the car jacked up and slowly revolving the wheel, you can hear and feel the boot rubbing against itself. Eventually this constant rubbing wears through the boot. It is a private hire taxi and therefore does involve a lot of turning. Anybody else had to change these boots frequently?
