Ive orderd some eibach sportline lowering srings for my 2004 A4 1.9tdi SPORT. Eibach state that it lowers the front by 45-50mm and the rear 35-40mm. Now my problem is that nowhere do they say anything about sport suspension.
Am i correct in saying that being a sport its already lower than standard by 20mm there for the springs will only lower my car Fronts 25-30mm and rears 15-20mm?

Im sure ive read somewhere in the past that if the car has sport suspension then the drop may be more than stated?

    Thanks

It normally results in a drop LESS than advertised as the 1BE option is already lower. On Audi 80 Sports back in the 80's we used to have problems with lower springs as these were factory lowered using dampers with relocated spring plates so you could not used normal A80 springs unless you fitted different rear dampers.

Spoke to the company who i am buying the springs from, they said that the eibach sportline springs are designed along side with the sport shockers so i will see the drop they have stated. Happy days.

Will say if its a sport on your log book.

Cheap Chinese coil overs do not last very long and they will destroy the ride and usability of the vehicle.
