B6 Avant

Hi all, a friend of mine ( BMW owner ) has been drawing on my Audi knowledge in order to find a nice B6 Avant for his wife to be.We looked at a couple of sheds last weekend and eventually located what seemed to be a nice one, '52 130 tdi with all the right details and spec etc.
Unfortunately I was unavailable to inspect and view the car but he went alone and was so impressed and chuffed with the performance and condition etc that he bought the car on the spot.
He will be bringing the car for my approval and just to show off , tomorrow afternoon and having checked out the advert I'm pretty sure he has got a good motor, so much so that he said that if he hadn't just bought a BMW 330 convertible for himself he would be after an Audi rather than the 330.

Anyway I want to scare him with a load of wind up about what is wrong with the Audi just for a laugh so what kind of things can WE invent as faults etc just to get him going.

I have also recommended that he joins up here at what is the best forum of its' kind.

Any how how are you getting on with your tinkering and upgrades?

At a bit of a slow point right now. Didn't realise just how much the Kids cost me Over Christmas!! lol.

I'm going to start again in a week or 2. Mrs won't let me spend all the Money we have left on the car (Bloody women!!)

I've decided to stop just doing random bits here and there and have a plan in action for the Order of the upgrades.

1. 18 or 19" Wheels
2. Catback Exhaust System
3. ECU Remap.
4. Votex Side Skirts.
5. Swap single Din head unit and Cage for Double Din aftermarket Satnav System

Then i have a few things on my "Not Sure" list, These are things i want but don't know if its worth it.

1. Bigger Turbo
2. High Flow Manifold
3. Big Brake upgrade
4. Matt Aluminium Mirror Covers
5. Lowering Springs
