    does anybody know how much these are from vw,my passat is a 1.8 turbo 2002 awt engine

    Number 6, 035 103 245 A, £7.67 from VW dealers.



    What I don't get is that it has been in use on various VAG cars since 1977 and never given any trouble, I don't get why they are now playing up.

    The first one I dealt with (for a forum user) really caught me out and made me look silly, I have never recovered from that...

    thanks for reply crasher,but no its the one at back of engine near bulk head and black two pipes coming out of it,number on it is06a129101a

    Item 15, 06A 129 101 A is now 06A 129 101 D which is £26.82 and was used on the 2003 model onwards Passat with the AWT engine, not a 2002 model so if you look at your chassis number it will be wvwzzz3Bz3 (E or P) xxxxxx, not wvwzzz3Bz2 (E or P) xxxxxx.

    thanks very much mines a late 2002 model novemberish regerstation and mine has it and i broke it cleaning it out full of mayo,what does this part do

    It is a Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve.
