Hi gang, just picked up an '88-f, 2.2e Audi 90 4 door saloon.
The ignition barrel is goosed and I need to know if the item is the same part as any 80/90/100/200/coupe/sedan/avant etc.
I also have an issue with the switch for the side/headlights, are these items interchangeable with the above mentioned also?
Finally for now is the n/s/ headlight peculiar to the 90 or as above will it be a B3 item as per all 80/90 of that era.

Also need to know if the barrel is swap/plug in and play or is there some kind of re-coding required.

Re;headlights I get side lights and low power dip beam when selecting the first position on the switch as per the manual, but when selecting headlights I get nothing from dip or main, I do get flash beam so can rule out the bulbs being dud.
Is there a common fuse or relay for the headlight function or am I looking for a switch and loom issue

Rebuilt the lamp switch, swapped out the ignition switch with a replacement from a '95 80 , re-fitted the exhaust, washed and clay barred and photos to follow after a good polish and wax.

Headlamps are same on the 90 and type 89 coupe if that helps?
