Hi, can anybody help me with my audi a4..

When trying to start theres a fast clicking/knocking from the engine bay. Like the sound of an impact driver. I first thought starter motor but not so sure now.

The battery is fine and all electrics work..

    Cheers

That sounds like a flat battery failing to engage the stater motor.

Do you own a multimeter with a 10 amp current range and know how to use it to measure amps?

Just checked and it's pulling 2amps with everything off. Tried pulling all the fuses in the side panel one by one but no luck

Are there any additional connections to the battery or anything on the car such as an aftermarket radio, hands free kit, tracker-anything like that? What year is it and which engine code?
