Passat -Tow Ball Nose weight loading

I am about to change my trusty B5 Passat 130 TDI Sport for something like an 08 Highline 2.0 TDI and as it will also be used for towing a caravan it is important to make sure any car I get is suitable. My existing car has a nose weight limit of 75Kg which is about the minimum suitable for towing my caravan. According to the various caravan club/magazine data sheets pre '08 saloons had a nose weight limit of 75Kg but post '08 this limit was raised to 90Kg which would be extremely useful.

However, nowhere in any of this literature does it tell me exactly when this changed or how to tell when looking around.

Can anybody help please?
