    Default 2007 A6 3.0 Allroad - Is there brake pad wear warning light on rear? – 05-12-2011,03:24 PM
    I ask as mechanic says my wife (honest!) has worn rear pads down and destroyed discs. I can't believe there is not a warning light on rear?

    If there is a warning system, is it possible when pads last changed the mechanic neglected to fit sensors as this is possible with other cars I've owned.

    A4 2.5 tdi QS (mapped)
