HELP! Car doors won't open with remote or by key!

Hi guys,

I've just come back from a 3 week holiday and I'm not able to get access to my car. Neither of my two remote keys work and nor do the keys work in the door. Not even the boot. What is going on here??? Can this be easily fixed? Thank you!

Car is: Audi A4 Avant 2002 (B6) 1.9 TDi Sport

What is happening when you put the key in the door? I would have assumed it's a mechanical lock, so it should turn the mechanism?

The car-battery has went flat on you, and the lock barrels have probably
seized with under-use.

Spray a little penetrating oil into the lock, or smear a little oil on the
key blade, and jiggle the key about for a while.

Why would all the locks seize in just three weeks?Is it the right key?!!Hope you have a recovery service

It's perfectly normal for people not to put a key-blade into
a lock barrel for years, why would they??

I assumed the remote moved this so have just oiled mine

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Unfortunately I still can't get access to the car. I tried oil on both keys and also on both the boot and the driver side lock but it won't budge. Yes, it's the right key alright because it starts the car ok! I need to try and sort this ASAP. I have the jump leads on standby but if I connect them will that somehow give me enough power to use the remote to get the doors open? The only thing I can think of is to temporarily fit a new battery so I can get access. Really don't know what else to try. Suggestions welcome. Thank you!

If its the barrels stuck what about trying the spray you can use to free corroded nuts .Halfords sell one think its called Shock and Unlock.There would be a problem if you neede to open the bonnet from outside
