    Post passenger side heating – 13-11-2011,02:27 PM
    I have a 52plate 19tdi with dule side climate control.
    The heating on the passenger side dont work, it started working for a week now all i get is cold air.
    How can i solve this my self and cheep?

    If your happy with taking parts of the dash apart then you should be ok to diagnose if the control flaps are just stuck or the flap motor is duff.
    A fault scan of the HVAC controller with vagcom will tell you what is wrong too.

    Yeah all sorted now, just took glove box out and took all moters off to move flaps by had, found out what motor it was then striped it and cleaned it and the contacts all up. Now works fine.
