Hi, I'm new to this website so please treat me gentley.
I have just purchased a 2.0L GTI which has done approx 100,000 miles.
I have a couple of problems which are hard to explain :-

    i) With a cold engine, it starts first time no problem, but during driving when accelerating it feels like the engine is holding back also may have very slight judder.
ii) When the engines is warm or hot, on accelerating through the gears it still feels as if it is holding back but not anywhere near as bad as when cold.

I have serviced the following parts on the car, plugs, aircleaner, fuel filter, oil, oil filiter, cleaned inside distributor cap and rotor.
    Hope you can help
    Mike.
