After clearing most faults and bringing the car back to life, he is left with the MFD recording 1250 miles when driven say a mile. The miles seem to add up very quickly on the odo too? Is there a correction in VCDS that I have over calculated? In VCDS, Instruments, Channel 03, Consumption Correction, I set this to 85? Is this right, could this be causing over clocking? Is there any other channel like that for milegae correction?

The other fault was the Auto Transmission is faulty, and flashes PNRD in the MFD. I have set the instruments to tell the car it's manual, therefore taking away the flashing PNRD, this is what he wanted, would this be casuing over clocking? This is the fault:

17090 - Transmission Range Sensor (F125): Implausible Signal
    P0706 - 35-00 - -

The other fault was that the tire pressure monitor was flashing on the dash, I also took this off the instruments coding however it disabled the soft top roof, very strange! Please shed some light on this for me! Thanks!!
