That you've got a nest of sparrows in your bumper & they dont like the noise!!

On a serious note, is it an electronic "bleep" such as if your low on fuel & you get the warning light on the dash? Have you got a cd boot changer, only thing i can think of that would make a noise in your boot.

Somebody has suggested it might be something to do with the alarm. No in boot cd changer or icons on dash.Nice to see Nickynibbles that we drive the same model a4 and both ride Kawasaki's.

    Do you have parking sensors?

Or as you said it coulc be an alarm fault (the siren is in the boot, driver's side panel I think). Or sometimes they beep at you when it has been triggered.

    BTW Yamaha R6s rule

If it's a relatively high pitched tone (higher tone than parking sensorz), but relatively quiet in volume, then itz your power sounder for your alarm. The internal battry has gon flat, and the 4 beeps are a standard warning that it needz changin.

They ususlly inside boot, left side, under trim. Sealed unit - cant cant change batt, only complete unit.
