Audi A4 questions

Hi guys.

I was wondering if some of you VAG experts could amswer me a few questions about my B7 A4 avant (2007).

First of all, I bought an S Line front bumper from TPS along with the number plate holder and the fog lamp fascias but half the passenger side fog lamp cavity is wide open:



I asked them about this and they told me that's the way it comes (to promote cooling).

Is there any trim missing here or is this the way it's supposed to come?

It looks a but exposed to me.

Also, another thing (albeit minor thing) is there any way to cancel having to double click the key to open the rear doors? It does my head in!

Mine is open but not that open- there is a vent channel to direct air to the radiator.

As it is dark this isn't my car, but nicked from google but should look like this.

Is yours an s-line or an se model?have you put an s-line bumper on an se model?the picture posted by kodkod is how your bumper should look like.something is not right there and you are right in saying that it shouldn't be that exposed.

Door lock settings are in the car setup settings, you can specify just drivers door or all doors unlock on key fob press.

My TFSI has air scoops in there, which divert air into the intercoolers mounted infront of the front wheels.
