    Hi all,

Im very new to cars in general and only have had my A3 for 10 months (im a newbie)

The front passenger side main headlight doesnt come on and I need to replace it. Im sure my local parts shop can provide me with the correct bulb but will I be able to replace it myself (I have managed to replaced my break light bulbs) or do I need a garage to do it?

    Thanks all.

Hi,I am new to this lark and have 2003 19 tdi. front N/S bulb blew dead easy to change. Cost £4.70 from VW. Plastic cowel off the back, just some clips and then a retaining type spring. The bulb only goes in one way and be careful not to touch the bulb glass.

    Regards Al
