    I hope you can help me understand this!

    Update your vcds version. What sort of lead are you using? Genuine or eBay?

    Also are you using the correct lead for your car? Most ebay leads won't function correctly with the newer cars iirc (2005 onwards I think)

    Now that's a problem. I defo would get the genuine lead. Where do you live. Maybe someone with genuine lead can look into it?

    Stop using ripoff fakes and use the genuine article and it'll work a treat.

    x2, support the people who created the product and not Chinese who copy it.

    I'd say the lead is the problem in this case.

    3C Passat ABS coding is done online at the dealer but in most cases we can assist with the coding on these systems IF the inquiry is from a customer (meaning someone using our genuine product) and a registered user. Also see this:
