High Mileage

I've had two A6's (a C5 and a C6), now on to a C7. Both the earlier cars - Quattro Avant - developed a slight wheel wobble with advancing miles (maybe after 60K or so?). No amount of wheel balancing or tracking adjustment seemed to help but eventually the dealer replaced some suspension bushes and C-links (from memory) on the C6 which made a significant improvement.

Not something to put you off as it seems relatively straightforward to fix but may be a bargaining point if you detect it?

Now sitting at 96k so getting close to triple figures.....

Whats went wrong ? Hmmmm couple of bulbs and some tires. Its doing well and pretty pleased with the car - had it over two years now.
