Towing weight for caravan, maximum train weight

Hi, I hope some body can advise, this problem is keeping me awake at night and I can't get a definitive answer from the authorities I.e. Vw, caravan club etc.

I have a sharan carat 1.9 tdi 115 psi. I have put a deposit on a caravan weight 1560 and 1750 with user allowance.

My car is 1820 unladen, 1895 mass in running order, 2510 maximum loaded weight. These all from registration docs.

At it's maximum I will have 5 people in the car and everything I need for the trip.

In my handbook it also mentions a vehicle train weight of 4000.

I recon when fully loaded I may be over this 4000, but caravan club and vw saying to me that I can go to 2510+2000, not that I would, but I maybe over the 4000.

The retailer I am buying from (paid deposit) has said I should be ok .

Who can I believe, until I have it loaded and on a vehicle how do I know and then it's too late.

I see that my questions are

What's my weight fully loaded, 5 people and all the kit?
Can I tow fully loaded, do I have enough power?
Am I within capabilities and guidelines?

Also I have to put it on my drive and will have to do this manually. It has twin axle, wil we be able to do this without having moves fitted as these are even more weight and add to the problem noted above.

Is there anybody using a similar vehicle/caravan outfit and what are your experiences

If I remember rightly you can get car/caravan matching from Towsure for a little fee,less than a tenner I think.
