A4 Black Edition-S4 Mirrors & Electronic Speed Restriction

Hi Guys,

Will be taking delivery of my new A4 1.8 TFSi 120ps Black Edition soon....can`t wait!!!...and have a couple of questions that I hope you can help me out with.

Firstly, I am thinking of buying a set of S4 Alu/Matt mirrors and would like to know the best place/site to buy them from. Have seen many on flea bay, all with varying costs and fill the genuine ones from Audi are too exspensive. I personally dont like the chrome ones, and as I mentioned above, some on flea bay dont look to be manufactured very well either. If you can point me in the right directon as to where I can purchase, or recommend a good dealer on flea bay, it would be much appreciated.

Secondly, I could only afford the 1.8 TFSi 120ps version and would like to know, is it the same engine as the 160ps version and restricted electronically down to 120ps. If it is, is it possible to de-restrict electronically and increase the bhp or does a re-map of the ecu need to be done? I hope I have made sense on this second question!!

ABT can squeeze 211ps from a 120, costs a fair bit like!! Gearbox can take the extra torque and hp, and are being sold as "New cars" with warranties from some German Audi dealerships.

superchips do something like 220-230bhp using bluefin (they send you a box you plugin to load a new map) for £450.

Its the same result for the 160 so its probably exactly the same engine.
