    been caught doing 109 off a trafic cop i no im getting banned just wondering ive been driving nearly 3 year do u have to resit your driving test or what? thanks

    chances are you will have to, expect a good few points and a hefty fine to boot.

    Not normally, no.

    If you lose your licence within the first two years, you have to retake your test, but not after that.

    i see your point.... but with him only having had it 3 years and getting clocked over 100mph, i wouldn't think the judge would be very lenient?

    Best advice is to just be very humble in front of the judge, admit your wrong doing etc & hope he takes it easy on you. Good luck all the same though.

    did you admit that you were speeding?
    was the device calibrated on the day in question ?
    did the officer show you the footage from the in car camera ?
    do get legal advise from a legal representive also to go with you to the magistrates court to defend you.
    remind your representive you need all of the prosecution paper work to defend yourself but let them deal with that
    if you dont recieve the papers before the court date jobs a goodun case over.
    best advise is as before looking like a real naughty school boy head down really sorry for yourself
    is driving part of your job if so then get a letter from your employer to say so and if you lose licence you loose job
    hope you do keep the licence its hard enough on us drivers

    never admitted to speeding and there was no video of me speeding they have a new bit stuff in car called vascar they sit and hide and catch you from a marker on road to the next marker and it had 109 on there. thanks 4 your help mate
