    hey people!

i was trying to plug in my new headunit, and accidentally managed to touch the live and ground wires together, and now it wont work!

its not the headunit it self, as the fuse in the back is fine. plus i've tried my original audi headunit, and that wont work either.

i've checked the fuses in the side of the dash, and they are okay.

anyone know what else could eb the problem? any hidden fuses? relays etc?

i may stickl with the standard audi headunit, so need it to use the canbus system still, so cant wire it directly to the battery, otherwise it wont pick up the code.. is that right? or am i completely wrong?

    thanks in advance!

Check the fuses again. Including those under the bonnet, I fear you have missed a blown fuse.
