My first A6 has a few teathing problems can anyone help??? please

Ok first of all

on a morning it winds over a couple of times before it starts and runs rough for a few seconds and kicks out bit of smoke then clears up and you can park it up for hours and it will start flick of the key


it also has a bit of a flat spot around 2000 rpm and doesnt seem to pull quiet as well as i expected it seems to pull alright until it gets to 2000 then backs off then once the revs build up a little the turbo seems to kick in and pulls pritty well also if you put your foot down from low down in 2nd gear it throws a cloud a smoke out

the air con wont work but i have had it regassed and its no better apparently it was already gassed up

can anyone help with any of my problems? its a fantastic looking car and i would like to get it up to scratch cheers Richy
