    Hi to all
After last service at vw I've received a technician report with note about split n/s console arm bush (part no 3c0199867c), they quoted me £150 for replacement and part price is just £28.My question is where is it located and how easy is to replace without garage equipment. Maybe someone already done this kind of job and could give me some instructions, any help much appreciated, thanks.

They are on the end of the wishbone; basically it is fancy name for the front wishbone rear bush. It is relatively easy to change but it can be difficult to get the bush off without a pulling tool or a press and the consul must be realigned into the car using a T10096 alignment pin. All nuts and bolts removed MUST be replaced.

Didn't realise they did the full range for the B6. When cars out off warranty these will be first thing to be changed!
