VCDS wont run on new laptop.

Hi everyone,
I got my new laptop on thursday and spent hours installing updating etc It's a Dell Inspiron running Windows 7 64 bit with 4gb of ram.

I disabled ZoneAlarm prior to installing the full version of VCDS but when I launch it the prog crashes and Windows reports that

VCDS HAS STOPPED WORKING with the following log

If it's a genuine copy of VCDS, ask ross-tech. They will tell you what to do. They are very helpful.
