Studying Air Mass readings can make you go blind, you need to compare them against a curve from exactly the same car driven in exactly the same manner, as a garage we find it more cost effective to fit a genuine VAG dealer supplied exchange part against a protocol we follow of “no codes, no power, new AMM.

How much should I be paying for a genuine AMM? Local dealer has quoted £146 inc surcharge of £24 & Vat.

Golf now running fine. Took AMM to TPS Medway so no surcharge. Gave me a bit of discount so ended up paying £66+ vat.

    Happy Days.
