    Hi
I've got multi-function steering wheel with paddles for the auto. I would like to fit flat bottomed wheel, anyone know if this should be a straight swap? Looked at MFSW thread and dis thread but they seem to talk about adding MFSW to cars that don't have them to begin with

So I should be able to just unplug the battery, swap the wheels and it'll work?

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Firstly which vehicle type are you taking the flat wheel from

The only safe wheel you can fit is the rs4 and you will need to swap the steering control unit and air bag as well

B7 supports dual airbag stages, this means it fills the bag according to impact with two phases for hard front end smash

Meaning don't mess around with it and your insurance will be void if you have a collision as you have altered the airbag system

If you have tip then you are looking at TT,A3 or R8

Cheers guys, I've had wheels swapped on last couple of cars I've had but they didn't have MFSW's in 1st place. Wondered if I could just swap them straight over. I'll get in touch with the company that has done the last couple of mine. Cheers
