S3 Remap - where in Scotland? and a few queries....

So i recently bought myself a nice little W reg S3 (210bhp) and i'm thinking about getting it remapped. Any recommendations as to where i should be going? (in Scotland, preferably no further north than Edinburgh) I'm told you can get a 'universal' type map that isnt specific to the car??? but i'd like one that is tailored to the S3. And how much is this likely to cost?

Secondly, do i need to upgrade any engine components before having this done? Or will the standard set up be fine for a stage 1 remap? The car is completely standard apart for a forge 007P recirc valve.

Finally (and most importantly), what sort of bhp can i expect after the map?

Hey Murray.
Have a look at Star Performance in Dysart by Kirkcaldy. starperformance.co.uk (know it's a bit further than you wanted to travel but only 15-20mins from 'the bridge').

They know what they're talking about and 4 wheel rolling road too. Do an internet search for them and generally seems to be nothing but praise.
