Help regarding alloys

Good afternoon,

I currently own a MK 4 R32 and am currently looking for wheels to put on it. I have always been a lover of large wheels and have always had 19" etc.... but I have found some 20" I am very interested in.

The thing is I want to know if anyonw has ever put 20" on a golf, or knows anyone? My mate has strongly recommended I don't.....

Any ideas / advise given.

I've seen a picture of 20" wheels on a golf and they just looked to big, but thats my opinion.

I would also though that the handling would be rubbish due to the wieght of the wheels etc.

I think the picture is in the gallery somewhere, i see if i can find it

I know there prob look huge...........but just love large rims !!!

My mate said just the same thing, the ride would be awful and told me that on an R32 I shouldn't go bigger then 18" !!!

Where abouts do you think I'll find that pic......just be nice to have a look.
