Cam cover oil leak

Audi 80 auto 1984cc ABT engine.
During a part rebuild late last year I used the Audi rubberlike cam cover gasket with the small collar inserts. All surfaces were degreased with proffessional cleaner before assembly and oil leaks were almost immediate. I removed the cover and gasket, cleaned everthing again and rebuilt it all using Hylomar on all surfaces, This has given me about five months of use with a nice clean engine, but, I have just noticed a trace of oil from the front o/s end of the cover. Please, what is the secret of fitting the gasket to keep the oil inside, and not have any dribbles ?

I fit those gaskets covered with copious amounts of black RTV and particularly around the cam seal hump and rear ½ moon fitting.

Many thanks Crasher, I'll get some and go over the job again. It was really nice to have a clean and dry engine even if it was only for a few months.
